iICE Validator supports XML catalogues
December 2006
As part of the preparation toward GS1net readiness, Innovit releases a new version of iICE Validator which provides support for XML-based catalogues. GS1net is scheduled to be launched in July 2007 by GS1 Australia in response to Global Data Synchronisation (GDSN) initiatives within the CPG & FMCG retail industry.

Innovit’s patent applications for its iICE technologies have been accepted by IP Australia. The patents cover new innovation that resulted from Innovit’s first AusIndustry R&D grant in 2000.

EANnet® User Group 2006

Innovit is partnering with GS1 Australia’s to host the sixth EANnet User Group for the Australian Supermarkets and Liquor Sector. This years user group topic will be the move to the new GDSN compliant catalogue called GS1net. The event will be held in Melbourne on Oct 31st and Sydney Nov 2nd 2006. www.gs1au.org.

EANnet Support for Retailers

Innovit releases EANnet (V3.6) adaptor for retailers and distributors to receive and validate EANnet data. Unlike other EANnet solutions that provide catalogue upload capabilities for Suppliers only, Innovit's iICE platform supports both Retailer download and Supplier uploads using the iICE (V4.x) EANnet Adaptor.
