Blackwoods, part of the Wesfarmers Group has automated their manual catalogue processes by using iICE Product Data Manager solutions from Innovit. Hoping to more than halve the cost of the $15 million they have traditionally spent producing an edition of their catalogue, the solution is helping cleanse and centralise databases, synchronise product data electronically with suppliers and produce industry specific catalogues on demand.
