Position Overview
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE
This role will start off as a part-time contract, with the goal to convert to a permanent position. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact with a company that is in a high growth mode. Experience working within a fully remote team is preferred.
Bring your marketing automation expertise and content creation experience to help develop high-impact marketing campaigns. 3-5 years of experience in using HubSpot is ideal, however, we will consider similar experience on marketing platforms like Pardot.
The Marketing Automation Specialist will work alongside the Director of Product Marketing and Sales Development teams to help develop marketing campaigns.
Key Objectives
- Responsible for the design, execution, and optimization of marketing automation programs including automated email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, campaign management; and lead nurturing, scoring, grading, and segmentation.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert concerning email marketing, compliance laws, and automation best practices.
- Manage the technical aspects and implementation/enhancement of the HubSpot marketing automation platform and act as the primary owner of the campaign and lead management processes.
- Monitor leads throughout their lifecycle and advocate for ever-improved nurture tactics.
- Compile, track, analyze, and present marketing campaign metrics.
- Performing day-to-day lifecycle marketing activities including, but not limited to, segmentation, scheduling, QA (Quality Assurance) testing, and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Responsible for the management of the creation, production, and distribution of high-impact content.
- Define a shared content editorial plan with clear objectives.
Desirable:
- Drive asset development, using internal and external resources.
- Write, review, edit, and update content for the website, blog, bylines, emails, website, social accounts, case studies, eBooks, and campaign landing pages.
- Manage Innovit social media accounts desirable.
