INNOVIT Acceptable Use Policy

 

Users of Innovit’s cloud-hosted solutions may not authorize or assist any third party to upload any Prohibited Content to any such solutions, or otherwise use any such solutions to process, store, transmit, publish, or otherwise display or distribute, any Prohibited Content.

 

Prohibited Content” means information and materials that may:

(a) infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of third parties;

(b) violate privacy or publicity rights of any third party, or any confidentiality obligations owed to any third party;

(c) be defamatory or otherwise tortious;

(d) threaten or promote violence, damage or injury to any person or property, or otherwise abuse, menace, or harass any person;

(e) promote bigotry, racism, or hatred;

(f) be obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, indecent, profane, or vulgar;

(g) contain software viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancelbots or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents, programs, or programming routines;

(h) violate applicable laws, ordinances, or regulations, or promote any such violations;

(i) otherwise give rise to civil or criminal liability; or

(j) violate any acceptable use policies for the Cloud-Hosted Solution that Innovit may adopt and provide to Customer.

 

In addition to any other rights afforded to Innovit at law or in equity, Innovit reserves the right to remove or disable access to Prohibited Content from the Cloud-Hosted Solution
