Position Overview

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE

This role will start off as a part-time contract, with the goal to convert to a permanent position. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact with a company that is in a high growth mode. Experience working within a fully remote team is preferred.

Bring your content creation experience to help develop and distribute high-impact materials that align with the company's brand growth and marketing goals. 3-5+years of experience in content creation, editorial or digital marketing roles.

Key Objectives

  • Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of all content strategies and supports marketing and business objectives.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent editorial skills and a deep understanding of various content formats and platforms.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert creating various content types, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, podcasts and more.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and optimized for search and user experience across all channels.
  • Work closely with the product managers, marketing team and other stakeholders to align with company goals.
  • Compile, track, analyze, and present content marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of content strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
  • Define a shared content editorial plan with clear objectives.

Desirable:

  • Drive asset development, using internal and external resources.
  • Write, review, edit, and update content for the website, blog, bylines, emails, website, social accounts, case studies, eBooks, and campaign landing pages.
  • Manage Innovit social media accounts desirable.

Secondary Objectives and Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Management of the segmentation, growth, cleanliness, and health of the CRM (Salesforce) database.
  • Research target companies and Contacts.
  • Channel and Referral Marketing automation.
