You will be a crucial part of Innovit’s engineering team, working closely with technical leads, UX/UI designers, product manager, and other engineers, to design & implement technical solutions for the latest generation of Innovit web products.
<br><br>The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage client facing service delivery projects. These projects involve software implementation and consulting services. A secondary responsibility is to identify and manage Innovit’s internal process improvement initiatives throughout the organization. <br><br>
We are looking for a full-time pragmatic project manager, who has experience managing enterprise software delivery projects from the solution vendor’s side, with exceptional attention for detail, and strong commercial awareness. This individual must be comfortable liaising with customers at both the business and technical levels.<br><br>

Effecting change can be challenging, the Project Manager’s role is to prepare and support all personnel, both internal and the client’s, to adopt change and to drive organizational success and outcomes.<br><br>
In this regard the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that standardized Project Methodology and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are used for efficient and prompt handling of all requests in order to minimize the impact of change upon delivery service quality.<br><br>
