Position Title:Project Manager
Department:Customer Success

Number of Positions:One (1) Part-time. 24-32 hours per week across four (4) days per week.
Reports to:Customer Success Manager
Location:Remote – AEST preferred (or New Zealand Time as secondary) Need to support Australian and New Zealand time zone projects; manage project personnel in India and Pakistan.

Knowing change can be challenging, the Project manager prepares and supports employees to adopt change to guide organizational success and outcomes.

Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that standardizes Project Methodology and procedures are used for the efficient and prompt handling of all changes in order to minimize the impact of change upon service quality.

As a Project Manager, you will work with the Customer Success Manager and Subject Matter Experts in the Consulting Team to create and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage. You will support multiple change projects at a time across Global time zones.

This is a part-time, remote, work-from-almost-anywhere role though a large portion of our team resides in the US. Experience working within a fully remote team is preferred.

Objectives and Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Asia-Pacific (APAC) projects.
  • Guide adoption of Innovit’s Project Management Framework through application to departmental changes.
  • Help support project by serving as a Project Management resource within the given the scope of the change, timelines, and number of projects affected.
  • Maintain contact with clients and parties involves through email and phone calls, answer questions and concerns, prepare presentations, and enter project data.
  • Communicate with and provide training to all levels of the organization, including executive audiences on new processes.
  • Develop concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule
  • Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans and present them to upper-level management before starting the project.
  • Closely monitors each project he or she manages to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan.
  • Responsible for gathering and documenting all project results and then reporting or presenting them to the appropriate parties
  • Report on the success of the project and any setbacks that were encountered or room for improvement (Lessons Learned)
