Position Overview

Knowing change can be challenging, the Project manager prepares and supports employees to adopt change to guide organizational success and outcomes.
Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that standardizes Project Methodology and procedures are used for the efficient and prompt handling of all changes in order to minimize the impact of change upon service quality.
As a Project Manager, you will work with the Customer Success Manager and Subject Matter Experts in the Consulting Team to create and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage. You will support multiple change projects at a time across Global time zones.
This is a part-time, remote, work-from-almost-anywhere role though a large portion of our team resides in the US. Experience working within a fully remote team is preferred.
