Position Overview
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE
Innovit is looking for a passionate SEO, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Specialist (Part-time 10+ hours per week) who will play a critical role in developing and executing digital and content marketing strategies to help produce high-quality results and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running in parallel.
This individual will collaborate with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to support the company’s strategic marketing objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn and PPC campaigns. The ideal candidate is strategic with strong analytical and campaign management abilities.
This is a part-time, remote, work-from-anywhere role. As a large proportion of our team resides in the US, the successful candidate must support US time zones on a long-term basis. Experience working within a fully remote environment is preferred.
Objectives and Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate the management and growth of our PPC (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) advertising efforts to drive marketing qualified leads.
- Track conversion rates and make continual content and optimization updates as well as execute and analyze individual campaigns to optimize them over time.
- Translate data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, and our internal reports into digestible insights.
- Manage company website SEO strategy to continually improve organic search results and develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
- Report on website performance.
- Help improve retention of visitors on website
- Set & oversee strategies so that our websites are meeting performance & conversion objectives
- Create, maintain and optimize Google Ad Campaigns (Search, Display, Videos)
- Create, update and optimize new and existing WordPress Pages.
- Create and edit content based on SEO and keyword research including blogs, product descriptions, emails, press releases, and web page copy.
OBJECTIVES:
- Improve Innovit content rankings to first page or top 5 results for every keyword and/or key phrase relevant to
- Ensure PPC leads are relevant with >95% meeting marketing qualification criteria
- Website retention: average time on site (or landing page) > 3 minutes
- Achieve intra-site click-throughs of at least 3 click-throughs to other Innovit content after initial landing. i.e. Bounce rate of less than xx%
- Minimize average CPC to approach true CPC for keywords (eliminate unnecessary paid clicks)
Skills and Cultural Requirements
ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:
You must have the following technical capabilities:
- Google Ads and Google Analytics Certification
- LinkedIn Ads experience/certification
- 2-3 years of experience directly managing lead generation via PPC
- Experience with local PPC campaign development and structure
- Previous Digital Marketing experience and working knowledge of best practices in SEM/SEO, Marketing Automation, and Lead Generation
- Experience with WordPress platform – Make routine site fixes based on findings in Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Google Ads, LinkedIn etc.
- Office365 advance analytics and reporting using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
